Community Guidelines

coRise works because members can speak candidly about real career and life decisions. That only holds if everyone protects the same things: respect, privacy, and confidentiality. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Use.

1. Treat people with respect

2. Protect privacy and confidentiality

3. Keep it honest and lawful

4. Reporting a problem

If something crosses a line, or you feel unsafe, email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and, if you can, where and when. We treat reports confidentially as far as possible and will not penalise good-faith reports.

5. How we respond

We review each report on its facts. Depending on severity and context, we may take no action, give a private reminder, issue a formal warning, remove content, temporarily restrict participation, or remove a member from the community. Serious cases — threats, doxxing, sharing someone's sensitive disclosures, or unlawful behaviour — can lead to immediate removal without prior warning. We aim to be proportionate and consistent, and to explain decisions to the people directly involved where appropriate.
